Does anyone remember a holiday where you leave candy out on your neighbor's porch, ring the bell and then run away? Is it called May Day? I remember celebrating it when I was a kid living in Kansas. It just popped into my head when I saw that today is July first because I thought it was on May first. 

     I found out the hard way that you do not move your Xbox 360 while the disk is spinning in it. I moved it, and then I hear this grinding sound by the console destroying my Grand Theft Auto IV game. Fuck, $60 down the drain. The thing is I wasn't really that upset. I must be outgrowing them. Oh well.

 

     The woman who wants to buy our place had it inspected and it passed. SOLD!!! We are almost all packed up. We are out of here on the tenth of this month. We can't move in until the next day, so we'll be staying at a hotel.

 

     I swear things have a way of working themselves out. Roger was suing that woman whose dog attacked our dog. We got a call today from her insurance company who is going to pay the vet bill, thank God. That means I don't have to testify in court. Woo hoo!

 

     We are going out to dinner tonight. I have no idea where but it should be fantastic.
