It's been a week since I saw Dr Duck and started my diet and exercise regime. I am eating considerably less during the day and walking considerably more. I've also started using my weight machine and have the sore arms to prove it. In spite of ordering pancakes at Smitty's on Father's Day, I am pleased to announce I have lost three pounds this week. I am now at 204. I can't wait to break the 200 barrier.

Way to go. Got to make Dr. Duck smile. My doctors carefully avoid saying anything about weight. When the nurse weighed me she rounded down, which I appreciated, and then did the same on blood pressure. Sort of a feel good, don't sweat the small stuff visit.
Go, go, go!! I'm trying, too! I stole Teal's idea of putting a little chart next to the scale and weighing every day. It keeps me motivated. Great job, Marg!
Way to go Nitti. Just remember that one backslide doesn't count. You can't let little lapses discourage you.
