  Extra Yun Recipie 3

Meat balls with tomato risoni
1 litre of beef stock
500 grms mince spicy Italian

1 clove garlic
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup bread crumbs
Oil to fry
4 tbls no added salt tomato paste
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 1/2 cups of risoni
2 ripe tomatoes diced
Shaved parmesan




Combine 1/2 cup stock with mince , garlic,egg, and breadcrumbs and spicy Italian roll into balls


Heat oil in large frying pan , add meatballs and cook until brown all over
Pour over remaining stock and tomato paste and rosemary ,bring to the boil then reduce heat and cook covered for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
Stir in rissoni and tomatoes . Cook for 8 mins uncovered , stirring occasionally ,until pasta is el denta
Serve with veggies if you are so inclined

hi jeri
yes love its steak minced up in mincer if you know what i mean and yes to the italian spice just add a little at time to mince just a couple lil shakes at first see what ya think
