I was less than pleased with my results AND my blood pressure was high. Blood pressure 150/90. Total cholesterol 260. HDL 36. LDL 175. Triglycerides 97. Blood sugar 115. According to my doctor, I am pre-diabetic. He said I must exercise 30 minutes most days, go on a low sodium diet(less than 2000mg per day) and a low carb diet.
