I wrote a recipe yesterday then I made it last night and I have to tell you I'm so glad that I didn't post it yet. The title is Crispy Chicken. If it had been deep fried it would have been crispy but I baked it and made a whole new dish out of it. Crispy it was not, but very tasty. I'll fix the recipe and then post it with pictures. I'm gonna fry it today for lunch and see how it turns out. Wish me luck. Same procedure just different cooking ways. It was interesting to say the least.
