I haven't been posting much as I have been working on my recipes. Did I ever mention that I LOVE TO COOK?! Hubby loves Polish Food as he is half Polish. So today I decided to create my own Authentic Polish Gulumpki's. Cabbage Rolls!

I won't post the recipe until I get the star grid from Hubby on the day of and the day after. Galumpki's are always better the next day. I did write it in my special book.

I had Ra make up a double batch of brownies for dessert. It helps him with his math and makes him feel like he contributes to the household. He's so wonderful.

I've been reflecting on my inner self lately and some of the things kind of surprise me but I see the set-up and where things went awry. I can only make today better than yesterday and tomorrow brighter still, so it's a learning experience that I shouldn't have had to deal with, but I'm OK with it.

Hubby and I did a little Spring Cleaning today. We took on the bathroom, the kitchen and the front room. All really that's left is the closets, I shudder to dream about those and the bedrooms. I'm working on quilts and matching curtains for both bedrooms and thinking of painting. We'll see. Keeping me occupied is the best medicine for me.

I have lots of jokes to share just not in the right frame of mind for them right now. Hugs and kisses.

I'm so happy for you, Barb! Congrats! You know, there's something about being in the kitchen that is just therapeutic. I really am at home there, just cooking or making something. Happy Cooking to you, too!

when a young man we used to got to a Polish Hall in MA.
Polka etc.My favorite was kielbalsa with cabbage.This I look
forward.They has some special dressing on this.so good.
Yes I did polka there and loved to do this.
