  Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson Michael Jackson Michael Jackson--as usual, the media has grabbed onto this story and are going to worry it to death like a dog with a bone. The death of a president wouldn't have caused such an uproar.

Now folks, as a former coroner/medical examiner I can tell you that his touted  cause of death "cardiac arrest" is not a legitimate or legal diagnosis. In coroner training that was a big NO NO--"cardiac arrest" means nothing. You have to put on a death certificate what caused the cardiac arrest, such as cardiac arrythmias, myocardial infarction, etc. Then you can put on the death certificate "Cardiac arrest caused by arrythmia, or infarction, or electrocution, or drug overdose"  etc.

Jackson is said to have died 400 million dollars in debt, and had no impulse control in flushing his money away.  It's gonna be a mess for a long time as creditors fight it out to get paid. And no one wants to mention his problems with child molestation charges. Yes, he was immensely talented but also an immensely damaged person. It's gonna be interesting to see what happens to his children. I feel sorry for them.

Black performers speaking of him talk as if as if he were "one of them" though he did everything possible to look white. A clip of an interview with Diane Sawyer showed him with bleached skin, straight black hair wig, bobbed nose, and lipstick and full makeup. He looked like a black drag queen trying to look like a white woman. I think he had BDD, a medical/psychological condition,  "Body Dismorphic Disorder."  It seems he did everything he could to distance himself from his black heiritage. He had a white woman, Debbie Rowe, as biological mother for two of his children, and married Lisa Presley--white.

He was a lost soul who had sycophants willing to dose him up with enormous quantities of drugs.  It was only a matter of time until this denouement.                         susil

Yesterday in the grocery store line one of the tabloids had flopped open (honest, I didn't touch it) and I could see an ad for "The First Ever Elvis Presley Flags." I think they were banners with Elvis on them at the various stages in his life (young Elvis, fat Elvis, etc.) and I wondered how many years is it going to be before we see Michael Jackson flags.

I didn't even love his music, while at the same time appreciating the skill of what he did. But it didn't move me.

The bottom line is that he was a child molester/abuser and the world is celebrating him for his music as if that forgives everything--and the world is making excuses for him--I have no doubt his children will be a mess in their teen years just from the way he brought them up and the way he lived--yes, I am worried for them, especially if his father gets custody of them!

Once again an entertainer's dark side is forgiven and forgotten simply because people liked his music. Nuts.

I celebrated and marveled at his boundless talents, and enjoyed his music and dancing so much, while at the same time feeling incredibly sorry for him psychologically. He was a tragic wounded soul, seemingly bleeding to death, surrounded by vacuous indulgent celebrity.

Last night Dateline ran part of the documentary Martin Bashear made of Jackson several years ago. MJ contradicted himself and outright lied about several things, including plastic surgery. He said he's only had one or two nose jobs and denied having cheek and chin implants etc. which were obvious. "Wacko Jacko" came to mind as I listened to him.

Even though I loved his music a lot of what you say makes sense.
